Iraqi Parliament Office in Karbala Resumes Public Meetings as MP Ghufran Al-Shammari Hears Citizens’ Requests and Calls for Official Follow-up

The Iraqi Parliament Office in Karbala Governorate has resumed its public meetings with citizens, with the participation of Ghufran Al-Shammari, a member of the Parliamentary Finance Committee, to discuss requests and problems raised by residents, according to a post published by the office’s Media and Public Communications Unit.

The post stated that the meetings were attended by Al-Shammari and Abbas Fadhil Al-Kambar, the legal adviser and director of the Iraqi Parliament Office in Karbala. During the meetings, Al-Shammari listened to the requests and concerns presented by citizens.

According to the published information, Al-Shammari directed her parliamentary office to initiate formal correspondence with the relevant authorities at both parliamentary and federal levels and to follow up on the requests through established procedures.
